April 27 Creating Brain Clarity and Focus Through Breath and Physical Well-Being

Gaining optimal health can be “mind boggling,” but doesn’t have to be. Gaynell Anderson, Certified Health Coach, Certified Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist, and Pelvic Floor and abdominal Health Specialist, will teach you how to breathe properly with your diaphragm, breathe to enhance recovery, and breathe to enhance brain functions in order to live a healthy, vibrant life!

May 4 The Three Numbers to Financial Clarity

With these three numbers you will be able to create your financial blueprint that will give you clarity and ease about your pathway to financial confidence. Financial advisors Jill Ciccarelli Rapps and Kay Anderson will talk about each of these numbers and how they relate to your financial security. They will also give you tools to find your own numbers and understand what they mean to you. These exercises will be a powerful experience to create new possibilities for your financial wellness.

May 11 Protecting Your Privacy in a Digital World

Carrie Kerskie, professional speaker, author, host of the Privacy Mentor podcast, and, as President of the Kerskie Group, provides identity fraud and cyber threat risk management services to affluent individuals and families. Carrie will discuss new threats and tricks used by the bad guys to get between you and your assets and will provide you with actionable steps to stop them.

May 18 Journaling for Well-being and Success

Lisa, Founder and President of Purpose Journey® Consulting, Training and Coaching, will introduce you to journaling, a way to discover ourselves on the page. It is a powerful tool for self-awareness and an effective catalyst for meaningful action. Regular journal writing can help improve our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being, while improving our self-confidence, mental clarity, memory, and ability to focus.

May 25 Organizing Your Life

As women face life transitions such as divorce, retirement, widowhood, or even inheritance, being organized can ease your stress and allow you to focus on what really matters. Nancy Rivera, owner of Mission: Organizing, LLC, will discuss the skills and processes to help women balance their family, home, career and spirituality while Jill Ciccarelli Rapps, CFP® will add the importance of organization in regard to your finances.
